About Creative Alliances Geriatric Managers
Founded in 1989, Creative Alliances (CA) has been serving Boston and New England in-need elders for over 15 years.
CA has just recently expanded and now covers a very large area of Massachusetts. We still serve Boston and Eastern MA, but have added all the Berkshire counties in Western Mass, Southern Vermont, and Northern Connecticut.
We are a non-profit geriatric care management agency with a staff of professionally trained care managers. CA provides a very wide and complete range of services to elders.
CA was founded by Sherrill House, located in Jamaica Plain - Boston, a non-profit skilled nursing facility. When you choose to work with us, you also have access to the wide variety of short term rehab & long term residents' services and resources available from the Sherrill House.
Whether you already know what services a geriatric care manager can provide, or you are seeking general initial information, CA can help you. Helping is what we do best. Our care manager staff can work with you to develop a customized plan that is right for you and your budget.
CA is experienced in assessing any elder's needs, as well as working with their support network of family, friends, nurses, physicians, etc. It does not matter if the support network is local or long distance.
We provide a very wide variety of geriatric services ranging from one time phone consultation to complete customized 24 hour care.
Creative Alliances is governed by an independent Board of Directors who guide and maintain our vision to provide dignity, highest quality care, and assistance to elders.
